Just a Hat

One little hat, made for the wee-one last night and modeled by Teddy, who was graciously loaned to me by Galen.

The pattern is the Little Turtle Knits Pilot Cap. It was nice; quick and easy, but interesting enough to keep my attention. I've actually knitted two of these this week. The other one will be featured in a future post.

The yarn is Araucania's Nature Wool. I no longer have the band, so I'm unsure of the color number. It's really the strangest color, I couldn't quite tell you what it is! It's somewhere between brown and purple, but not quite either, with touches of gray and in some places almost a mauve type color. I think you would have to see it in person to understand. I can't quite seem to capture the color in pictures or words.
