Back in October, Iain and I took a month long book binding class together. Which was wonderful, by the way, and perhaps someday I will get around to photographing and posting about our other creations from that time.
This little accordion style book, made by Iain, was secretly smuggled home, with the intention of it becoming a Christmas present for the Papa.

After sorting through years worth of pictures, Iain created this beautiful scrapbook tribute to his Daddy.
I found his choice of cover papers interesting. This fancy English blotting paper was not at all what I expected him to go for. But he picked it out with great conviction, completely convinced that Steve would like it. I love his certainty and decisiveness, especially with creative endeavors, two qualities that have always completely eluded me!
