Alright, so it's my only shawl....
This is an old project, completed long before I had a blog. It was one of my first knitting projects and the very first thing that I knitted for myself (and I still haven't gotten around to blocking it). Being the work of a novice knitter, I'm sure that it is flawed in many ways. Thankfully, the simple lace pattern is fairly forgiving.

The pattern is Charlotte's Easy Lace Shawl by Fiber Trends. I made it out of three different shades of a local yarn in a random stripe pattern. The yarn is a wool and mohair blend, dyed with vegetable dyes.

Beautiful! If that is a novice's work then maybe I should get brave enough to try something more challenging than a stockinette stitched scarf. Thankyou for sharing...and BTW, the house is looking very 'housey'...go, go, go!
It's beautiful!
Thank you!
This pattern is a good place to start, for something a little more interesting. It looks far more complicated that it actually is. So long as you manage to get it looking hole-y, you're good! lol
